Buttonwood Arms is a desirable townhouse community built in 1983 and located in Matawan NJ.  We are part of Old Bridge Township in Middlesex County.  We are less than 2 miles from the Garden State Parkway exit 120 and 9 miles from the New Jersey Turnpike.

Our small community is comprised of 126 single-story (2 bedrooms) and two-story (1-3 bedrooms) townhomes, and is a fee simple ownership.  Our homes range from 1214 square feet to 2017 square feet.  Each unit has a one car garage and driveway, perfect for a one or two-car family.

Amenities include a tot lot for the kids and a fenced tennis court. We are pet-friendly. 

Commuting to New York City is easy, with a bus stop right outside the development.  Aberdeen-Matawan train station is less than 2 miles away, and there are also several commuter bus lots located within 5 miles.

Sandy Hook Beach is 15 miles away and is the beginning of the fabulous Jersey Shore.  Atlantic City Casinos are only a 90-minute drive away.
